Most of my clients at gym ask me that how they can get a flat stomach. They tell me that they have tried varies things but have not succeeded. And these are men as well as women. They know that if they want to look attractive and gorgeous then it is vital to have a flat stomach. I am happy that more and more people are becoming aware about this fact that flat stomach not only looks attractive but also helps to stay away from health disorders like cholesterol, diabetes etc. in the longer term. So here I am to answer the vital question and that is how to get a flat stomach or a fat free waistline. And I really hope that these tips will prove to be very helpful.

Fiber Foods: The first and foremost tip is diet. Diet plays a vital role and yes, that’s true, you are what you eat. So, if you want to have a fat free waistline firstly you must modify your diet and include high fiber foods. These include raw fruits, green vegetables, salads, soups, cereals, pulses, whole grain food etc. Foods with high fiber are good for digestion, absorption and elimination. They are good for colon health.

Drink Lots Of Fluids: We forget to drink water most of the times. And so there is a good solution. Carry a bottle of water wherever you go. And make it a point to drink at least 1-2 liters of water everyday. You must also rely a lot on juices, soups, butter milk and other sugar free and natural beverages. Even fluids aid digestion.

A Good Exercise Regime: You must have a very good exercise regime. Train your entire body and go for regular work outs. Many people make one mistake and that is they just concentrate on one small muscle group and work towards that. That is wrong; you must consider entire body and take up exercises which would cover your entire body. Of course, you must also work out for your abs once you train your body everyday. Working on entire body will help you to have a toned body and burn more calories.

Cardio: Participate in cardio activity on most of the days. This is important because it will help you to strengthen your immunity. You must distribute the cardio work outs in this way. A few days it must be medium intensity session and a few days it must be a low intensity session.

Abdominal exercises: You can also try out plank pose in order to have a flat stomach. This posture is really good and works on your abdominal muscles. You can also try out some yoga postures which are specially meant to have a flat stomach.
