Learn How to Get Flat Six Pack Abs
I have always been a firm believer of the proverb health is wealth. And this is not because I am a fitness instructor at a gym. But this is because I have through the experiences of my life understood that how health plays a vital role in life. Let me share with you a few experiences of my life which inspired me and motivated me to be what I am today. Since the age of 15 I started gaining interest in sports. I participated actively in my school sports activities. And the results I got out of that were awesome. I felt more energetic and healthy. As a kid I had less stamina and defense from infections. But after my association with sports I kept all my health problems at bay. Then in early twenties I decided to take sports and fitness and my career opportunity and became a health and fitness instructor at a gym. The main motive was to let other people know how to be healthy and fit and the importance of living a healthy life. I felt that many people around me ignored their health and just lived their life at a fast pace with out much thinking about how they must stay fit. And so I thought to make a difference in their lives by teaching them to stay in the best shape and keep away from obesity and the related disorders like cholesterol, diabetes, heart problems, depression etc.
Today I am in my early thirties and still I am so fit and active. And I feel proud that at least I am making some difference in people life because my job is to make them fit and healthy. Most of my clients at gym have the problem of obesity and so they have their tummy bloated or hip out of shape. Most of them have the wish to have flat abs. But it is really difficult and requires lot of dedication and discipline on the part of the client to have them.
There are a few things which are a must in order to have six pack flat abs and they are:
1. A Good And Healthy Diet: This is the first and foremost thing that is necessary. The person who wants to lose weight and have flat six pack abs must follow a healthy diet program. The food must be low carbohydrate, low fat, high protein, pure vegetarian, lots of fluids, high fiber etc. Oily and saturated foods must be avoided. Eat lots of natural foods like green vegetables, salads and fruits.
2.You must take up intense workouts if you really want those six pack abs. Work out on large muscle groups like chest, legs, back etc. with short resting period. Don’t isolate on specific small muscles like triceps and biceps. Because isolating your small muscle group will not give you those great results. You need to enhance your over all metabolism. Work towards total fat burning from all parts of your body. Before you train your abs start with exercises like swimming, mountain climbing, jogging etc. Train your entire body first.
3. Many people think that crunches can be the best exercise for your abs. But I can recommend a better one and that is to curl your pelvis up and then leg rising. This one is really hard and needs to be done under the guidance of the instructor.
